Dr. Hiteshew
DVMDr. Alaina Hiteshew is originally from Olathe, Kansas and has practiced veterinary medicine
since 2020 in California. She earned both her undergraduate degree in Animal Sciences and
Industry, and her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine at Kansas State University (Go 'Cats!).
Dr. Hiteshew enjoys a variety of aspects of veterinary medicine, including internal medicine and
preventative care. Her favorite part of being a veterinarian is making connections and growing
long-term relationships with clients and their pets.
At home, Dr. Hiteshew has a 3-year-old mixed-breed dog named Link. Outside of work, she is
an avid reader, and enjoys attending concerts and live theater with her husband, Matt. She is
very excited to be back home in Kansas City!
