Performance Factors and Necessary Skills for Employment:

  • Communication and Contact: Communicates effectively both verbally and in writing with superiors, colleagues, and individuals inside and outside of the Company. Displays tact and above-average communication and customer service skills. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and convey a positive and professional image to the public and employees.
  • Attendance and Dependability: Must be able to report to work at the scheduled time; can be depended on to complete work in a timely, accurate, and thorough manner; and is conscientious about assignments.
  • Must have exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize efficiency and ensure the highest standards of care are maintained at all times.
  • Must have basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, Gmail, Slack, databases, veterinary software systems, payment processing systems, etc.).
  • Must have meticulous attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Candidates must be 18 years of age or older and be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Candidates must be able to perform all applicable daily duties and responsibilities as required.

Customer Service Representatives (onsite)

Schedule: Varies, typical schedule is four or five shifts weekly; with a rotating Saturday schedule.

Customer Service Representatives are the face of our practice and provide excellent customer service through in-person visits to our clinic and over the phone. Our clinic is dedicated to providing exceptional care for pets and their owners. Customer Service Representatives play a vital role in our success. They deliver outstanding customer service by greeting clients and their pets with a friendly and welcoming demeanor, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, assisting with client inquiries and client care, and providing support to the veterinary team as needed.

Customer Service Representatives must be empathetic and organized, appreciate the attention to detail and data gathering, be good listeners, converse with people to understand their needs and/or concerns and display problem-solving skills. Veterinarians Assistants (onsite)

Schedule: Varies, typical schedule is four or five shifts weekly; with a rotating Saturday schedule.

Veterinary Assistants are public representatives of our practice and provide exceptional care for pets and their owners through in-person visits to our clinic and over the phone. Veterinary Assistants play a crucial role in supporting our veterinarians and ensuring the well-being of our patients. They work closely with our veterinary team to provide exceptional care and assistance to pets and their owners during their visits to our clinic.

Veterinary Assistants must be able to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a willingness to assist with a variety of tasks. Must be organized, appreciate attention to detail and data gathering, be a good listener, converse with people to understand their needs and/or concerns, and display problem-solving skills. Veterinary Assistants must have strong collaborative skills, a willingness to work closely with veterinary staff and support team members, and a passion for working with pets and their families.

Associate Veterinarians (onsite)

Schedule: Varies, typical schedule is four or five shifts weekly; with a rotating Saturday schedule.
